Clients are provided short-term emergency food aid for their families from the shelves of our pantry. Area churches and schools, civic groups and businesses provide support for the Food Bank. Additional food supplies and monetary donations are primarily provided through individual contributions and fundraisers.
It is our goal to assist our clients to overcome their emergency situation by direct food aid or by referrals to other non-profit organizations in the Denton County area. These other area non-profit organizations are partially funded by the United Way and can provide long-term assistance.
